CHILLED COCONUTAND FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Serves 8

INGREDIENTs

  • 2/3 cup AYAM Light Coconut Milk 270ml
  • 125g raspberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

 

MIXING

Simply combine all four ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add some ice cubes so that it is chilled.


PRESENTATION

Pour into serving glasses through a small strainer to remove any seeds.

 

A healthy and great tasting smoothie !
