1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 green or red capsicum, deseeded and chopped
600g boneless chicken, cut into strips
250g AYAM™ Black Pepper Stir Fry Sauce
1/3 cup water
1. Heat oil in a wok or saucepan over medium heat.
2. Fry onion for 2 min, add capsicum and cook a further 3 min.
3. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is cooked.
4. Add sauce, water and simmer until heated through.
5. Serve with steamed rice.
