210 panna cotta fraise

 

Serves 4

Prepartion time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 1 minutes

FR Crme coco 140ml

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons gelatine
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 140 ml can AYAM Coconut Cream
  • 200g tub strawberry yoghurt
  • 150g strawberries

 

Preparation

Step 1. Combine water and sugar in a heatproof jug. Sprinkle with gelatin, stir to combine. Stand jug in a small saucepan with simmering water, stir until gelatin and sugar dissolve (or microwave on HIGH 30 seconds). Remove jug, cool 5 minutes.


Step 2. Combine gelatin mixture, vanilla, coconut cream and yoghurt in a bowl, whisk until smooth. Pour into 4 x ½ cups moulds, refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Serve with strawberries.
