220 steak piment salade

FR Sauces Nuoc Mam FR Sesame Oil 210ml FR 100g Jare Puree de Piment


  • 4 ‘New York cut’ beef sirloin steacks
  • ½ teaspoon Chinese Five spice powder
  • 1 teaspoons AYAM Chilli Puree
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups snow pea sprouts
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded, sliced
  • 1 large Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, roughly torn
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon AYAM Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon AYAM Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger



Step 1. Trim fat from steaks. Combine five spice powder and chilli puree, sprinkle over steaks. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, add beef, cook over medium-high 3 minutes on each side or until cooked as desired.

Step 2. Meanwhile, combine sprouts, snow peas, avocado, cucumber, capsicum and lettuce in a bowl. Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, Fish sauce, Sesame oil and ginger in a jar, shake well. Add salad, toss well. Serve with Steaks.
