  • 25g chia seeds
  • 40g instant rolled oats
  • 330ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
  • 125g plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Seasonal Fresh Fruit of your choice, diced and pureed



  • Mix chia seeds, rolled oats, coconut milk, yoghurt and honey together.
  • Seal in an airtight jar or container and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
  • To serve, create alternate layers of the chia seed yoghurt mix with fruit puree, then top with diced fresh fruit.
