AYAM Oyster Sauce is an authentic Asian sauce made from oyster extracts. This versatile sauce is used as a condiment in Asia to enhance flavors and add a salty note. It seasons, flavors and enhances the taste.

Our AYAM Oyster sauce is ready to use and easy to cook to reproduce traditional Asian dishes at home. Versatile, it adds flavor and perfumes your stir-fries, meats, fish or even stir-fried vegetables and rice.

Our 210ml Oyster Sauce is made from high quality ingredients. It contains no preservatives or flavor enhancers and is certified gluten-free.

How to use :

- In marinade: add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce for 250g of protein and leave to marinate for one hour.

- In your stews or stir-fries to enhance the flavors and add a salty note.

Sautéed Beef with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 500g beef tenderloin, cut into thin slices
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 100g snow peas, chopped
  • 100g baby corn, halved lengthwise
  • 180ml cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
  • 100g Chinese cabbage, cut into thick slices
 

Preparation:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil in a bowl with the cornmeal. Add the beef and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat. Add the beef and sauté over high heat for 30 seconds or until it changes color, then remove it.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil, add the onion and carrot and sauté for 1 minute. Add snow peas and corn and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Return the beef to the wok with the water, oyster sauce and sesame oil and sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the cabbage and sauté until well combined.
