Ingredients:

2 baguettes, halved

Pickled and sliced pickled carrots and cucumber

500g chicken thighs

30g of AYAM ™ nuoc mam sauce
-
2 tbsp. teaspoon of sugar
-
20g of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
-
40g lemongrass, chopped
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
1 / 2 lime
-
10g of chili flakes
-
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon of lime juice

Fresh coriander
Preparation:

Marinate the chicken with the chopped garlic, sugar, lemongrass, flaked peppers, oyster sauce, nuoc mam sauce and add a squeeze of lime.

To make the sriracha mayonnaise, mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha sauce and add a little lime juice.

Once the chicken is marinated, grill it in a pan over medium heat for 5 min on each side, until it is nicely browned.

Slice the cooked chicken into strips

Assemble everything to make your Bánh Mì: open ½ baguette in half. Spread the sriracha mayo sauce on the bread. Garnish with pickled carrots and pickled cucumber then add the chicken slices. Finish with fresh cilantro.
