Ingredients:
-
400g beef meat (aiguillette, shoulder whiting or beef tenderloin)
-
1 big yellow onion
-
1 gousse d'ail
-
2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
-
3 tablespoons AYAM ™ Clear Soy Sauce
-
1 teaspoon of sugar
-
2 teaspoons of concentrated / dark soy sauce
-
2 tablespoons of neutral oil (sunflower)
-
1 teaspoon of potato or cornstarch
-
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation:
-
Finely mince the piece of beef and onion, chop the garlic.
-
In a bowl, marinate the meat for at least 15 minutes with the oyster sauce, the 2 soy sauces, sugar, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and pepper.
-
In a hot wok, pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and add the onions. Blanch then set aside.
-
In the same wok, pour the sunflower oil and brown the garlic.
-
As soon as the garlic turns brown, always add the marinated meat over high heat and stir vigorously.
-
While the meat is searing, add the onions and mix.
-
Then prepare the maizena + cold water mixture in the bowl that served as a marinade.
-
Pour in the mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
-
Taste and readjust the seasoning if necessary.
