Sweet and Sour Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
- 450g minced meat
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
- 65g breadcrumbs
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 big egg
- 2 shredded garlic cloves
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
- A handful of sesame seeds
For the sauce:
- 150ml of AYAM ™ Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 20ml of AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 5g minced fresh ginger
- 2 shredded garlic cloves
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 200 ° C.
- In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the sesame oil, breadcrumbs, ginger, egg, garlic and scallions. Mix.
- Form medium sized meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet, lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 min, until the outside of the meatballs brown.
- To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small pan and heat over low heat. Then add the meatballs to the pan and cook until they are well moistened with the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
