Fish Steak with Coconut Sauce and New Onions
Ingredients:
- 140ml of AYAM ™ coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons of AYAM ™ Oyster Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of AYAM ™ Garlic and Ginger Chili Sauce
- 180ml of water
- 3 new onions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- Oil spray
- 4 fish steaks
Preparation:

Combine coconut milk, oyster sauce, chili sauce, water, spring onions, lemon juice, ginger and garlic in a small saucepan.

Heat over high heat until it boils. Cook for 1 minute.

Put a drizzle of oil on the fish. Grill or pan for three minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the coconut sauce and spring onions.
