Fried Rice with Chicken

Ingredients:

300 g cooked Thai fragrant rice

250g of chicken breast
-
3 tbsp. AYAM ™ soy sauce
-
2 tbsp. AYAM ™ oyster sauce
-
2 garlic cloves
-
4 eggs
-
1 onion
-
1 carrot
-
1 C. XNUMX teaspoon AYAM ™ sesame oil

4 Chinese spring onions
-
3 tbsp. neutral oil
Preparation:

Cooking rice:
- Wash the rice three times under cold water to remove starch and impurities
- Pressure cooker option: in the bowl, pour the rice and pour water until the water is 1cm above
the rice level. Click on the “cooking” option and wait until the machine starts
automatically in "keep warm" and until there is no more steam coming out of
the pressure cooker.
- Saucepan option: in a saucepan, place the rice and pour cold water until the water
i.e. 1cm above the level of rice. On high heat, boil the water then kiss the heat on medium heat, cover
the pot and cook the rice for 15 minutes.
- When the rice is cooked, let it cool for at least 10 minutes.

Preparation of ingredients:
- Peel and chop the two cloves of garlic. Reserve.
- Chop the branches of Chinese spring onion (spring onion or young onion). Reserve.
- Using a peeler, remove the skin from the carrot, cut it in half, thinly slice each half of
carrot, mince then cut into mini-cubes 1cm wide. Reserve.
- Remove the skin from the onion, remove the germ and mince the onion. Reserve.
- Finely mince the chicken breast. Reserve.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl without adding salt.

- Heat the wok over high heat, pour 3 tbsp. neutral oil and sauté the chopped garlic until
brown then add the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the minced chicken, mix.
- When the chicken is almost seared, add the diced carrots and mix everything vigorously for 2
minutes
- Put the appliance on one side of the wok and in the empty space of the wok, pour the beaten eggs. And mix
only eggs like scrambled eggs.
- When the eggs are almost seared (still slightly wet), add the rice and mix them with the rice
- Lower the heat, pour 2 tbsp. tablespoon oyster sauce, 3 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tbsp. coffee oil
sesame and mix.
- Add the thinly sliced Chinese onions, keep a little bit of onion to dress
