Ingredients:
-
15 wonton leaves
-
AYAM ™ coconut oil for brushing
-
200g cooked prawns
-
2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Salted Soy Sauce
-
1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
-
1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
-
1 lettuce
-
½ lawyer
-
Fresh coriander
-
1 teaspoon of chili flakes
Sriracha Mayonnaise Sauce:
-
60g mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Sriracha sauce
-
2 teaspoons of lime juice
Preparation:
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 360 ° F.
-
Prepare the ingredients: finely slice the sucrine leaves, cut the avocado into small sticks, cut the cooked shrimp into cubes, and marinate them with the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil for 5 minutes.
-
Lightly brush a mini cupcake tray with coconut oil
-
Cut the wonton wrappers into circles using a cookie cutter
-
Press the wonton wrappers into the holes in the mini cupcake tray. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Take them out of the oven and let cool.
-
For the mayonnaise-sriracha sauce, place the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Transfer the sauce to a pastry bag or resealable bag (cut off the end when you are ready to pour the sauce). Reserve in the refrigerator until ready to assemble.
- To assemble, place a small amount of minced sucrine at the bottom of each wonton cup, pour a little mayonnaise-sriracha sauce, add the diced marinated shrimp, add more sauce. Garnish with avocado, cilantro and sprinkle with chili flakes.
